Cancellation & Refund Policy

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.We only accept return in case of damage or different (Not as mentioned in description/Details). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchase that follows our size chart /Description / Details mentioned is not allowed to return.

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, A coupon of the calculated amount after (After deduction) will be provided to you for further purchase. Only in exceptional case (Allowed by our team), we will initiate a refund to your credit card / Paytm (or original method of payment) etc.. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Exchange Policy:

We do not exchange the item, we will give you the coupon of the calculated amount after (After deduction) to be used for further purchase.

 

Return Pickup:

In case on return pickup, If not picked in 2 attempts (As per courier) we will cancel the return pickup and will close the return request. we will not consider the same request again.

 

Under what condition can I return/replace my products?

    • Wrong product delivered
    • Expired product delivered
    • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
    • Incomplete order – missing products

Under what condition return/replacement request will not be accepted?

    • Opened/ used/ altered products.
    • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
    • The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
    • Seal has been broken for the product
    • Serial number has been tampered with

 

Cancellation:

You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order summary page under My account section.

OR

You can raise a cancellation request by Email (info@erexbattery.com)  with in 12 hour after placing order. Once shipped order cannot be cancelled.

 

**E-REX Mechatronics reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”

 

*Some Products on which returns are not allowed, have mentioned Not returnable in Description or in More Information section.

*Shipping charges are not refundable in both the cases. In case of "Free shipping" Order, Return shipping charges  will be deducted according to below given calculation:

      • Order value less then 699             
      • Rs 50 Will be deducted
      • Greater than 699             
      • Rs 100 Will be deducted
      • Greater than 1499           
      • Rs 150 Will be deduected

*Additional : 60 Rs in case of COD.

 

How Long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned products?

We will process your refund within 7 business days incase of cancellation of an order.In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
